Step 2: Prepare the Celery Base
1. Cut the celery stalks from the base, leaving about 2 inches of the base intact.

3. Place the celery base in a shallow bowl of water, ensuring the base is submerged but not the top cuts.
4. Position the bowl in a sunny spot and change the water every couple of days until you see new growth, typically within a week.
