Basic Clove Water Recipe:
Ingredients:
5 to 7 cloves
2 cups water
Honey or lemon (optional)
Preparation:
Bring water to a boil. When it begins to boil, add the cloves. Reduce the heat and simmer for 5–10 minutes. Then strain and let cool slightly. If you prefer a milder flavor, you can add a teaspoon of honey or a few drops of lemon juice.
Directions:
Take one cup on an empty stomach or after meals, once or twice daily for 5 to 7 consecutive days. Avoid excessive amounts of cloves, as they may irritate the stomach. Not recommended for use in pregnant women and people with bleeding disorders without medical supervision.
