Take half a head of young cabbage and finely chop. 4-5 chicken eggs
Chickpea microgreens (30-50 grams)
3 tablespoons thick yogurt
1 teaspoon mustard
1 garlic clove, grated

Directions:
Prepare hard-boiled eggs by placing them in a saucepan and covering them with cold water.
Bring the water to a boil over medium heat, then reduce the heat to low and simmer for 9-10 minutes.
Remove the eggs from the hot water and let them cool, then peel and chop them.
In a large bowl, combine the sliced cucumbers, radishes, and chopped spring cabbage.
Place the sliced hard-boiled eggs in a bowl and place them on top of the vegetables.
